There's other people with super power like abilities. Mikey is the strongest character but takemichi is a close second but it could be argued he is stronger in the future at the end of the series because towards the end of the series young Mikey fights takemichi at full power and takemichi actually comes close to him since takemichi learns to use his time abilities to look into the future granting him an ability similar to ultra instinct. They become good friends in the future as well and become co leaders of the gang from what I remember.
OK, I would like to know one thing NO spoiler is necessary. Does time travel in this anime/manga's well done? and how does the effect of time travelling's work?
