if i have multiple outputs, for example, a valve with two solenoids, one on each side, do i have to connect both solenoids to the power supply or do i just connect one to the power supply and connect both to the correspondent plc output?
if your configuration is NPN connect 1 port of the solenoid to positive of power supply then connect the other port to PLC do the same thing to the other solenoid if your configuration is PNP connect 1 port of the solenoid to Negative of power supply then connect the other port to PLC do the same thing to the other solenoid
