These people are definitely hard working people in which I give much respect to. 80% of the people here in the states wouldn't survive a week working hard like they do. These days a 12 year old boy gets a iPhone for his 12th birthday instead of a toolbox like when I was a kid in the 70s. Most of the world has programed todays kids to be lazy. Sad but true
Its all about hardwork, but its also very fun driving that wooden car, we used to play all day driving these wooden car..

People using themselves as mules. Those carts are completely home made without brakes or any sort of propulsion. Myanmar is a military state without much regard for its population. Breaks my heart to see such small people manhandling such enormous loads.

The meaning of Rihkhawdar , rih+khaw+dar , rih - which is a lake located in this village, khaw - that mean ' village ', and dar - means a 'copper' sometimes the term copper is use as the representative words 'beautiful', and the second KHAWMAWI meaning is , khaw - village, mawi - beautiful, and the last zokhaw thar is zo + khaw + thar , zo - which is our nation all the descendants of zo, zo is zo there is no translation, khaw - means village , thar - means new ,

If you are an indian you may take a flight from Kolkata to lengpui and from there you may take taxi to aizawl city, its may be around 2 hours, then if you want to go there at border zokhawthar or khawmawi myanmar you should take a sumo tickets or you may take a flight by helicopter to champhai and from champhai you should take sumo tickets or champhai taxi

@@gokulsh2393 these people are speaking in real mizo language(Lushei), they are not the actual Chin people. Chin people have different dialect, very similar to Paihtes of Churachandpur, Manipur.

There is another border crossing in Tamu. I do not know what the goods are made of. Directly behind the border is the customs station. Presumably, these goods are not subject to duty. But the transporters to see in the film are not the owner of the goods!
food items and clothes mostly. You can readily buy Burmese goods(sweets, candies, tinned fish, plastic goods, clothes etc) in markets in Nagaland, Manipur and Mizoram.

Why they don't have a Buffalo or cow to pull that cart I am From Philippines I want to go there I know how to make sidecar bicycle for them but don't know how to go there I hope the government of that country will provide even just a side car bicycle..
This is not possible, the slope is too steep, buffalo must be fed, the people are poor, they only have their labor, this is not about to make good suggestions.
