I have a 4020 ( the early model) and it has those big injectors that leak frequently. So I wanted to know what head can I use to replace it so I can use the pencil injectors. Current Motor block # R33180R and current head number is Head R33250R
Dang there old man, you want to come out and finish up the 4010?? Looks like you have a bit more room to play on the 4020!! Steering valve is within a quarter inch on the 4010.. and we left the water pump on. She was plenty tight coming out!! BTW, this is the first thing Google shows what you ask about injection pump and oil pump.. I thought that was pretty neat!! (Actually not sure how I didn't see this video before, I thought I had watched all of them) Definitely a few differences between the 4010 and 4020! Torque sequence marking is a good idea!! Biggest thing is center to outside. I assume on the oil pump timing, the crank is at "0"?? I'll check the book. We've always had good luck with cold torquing.. besides, on the 4010, you have to pull the injectors to get at the head bolts.. Lol.. I knew you were going to say that you let the kid torque it👍😎
Where would the engine temp sender/sensor be located on this model? I recently came across a 4020 with no gauges at all, wanted to get a good reliable engine temp installed but I'm not sure where it will be installed.

The early 4020 without the side console have the hydraulic value in the way and if they were dual hydraulic it was even tighter.
@@Farmboy-fs5xw ya. Remote valve is in the way too

I'm pretty sure on the top of the head manifold side at rear of engine.
Where did you get your inframe kit from?
Reliance power parts
Sorry I didn't get your question till now when another one popped up
No problem
