- Ok guys, I pulled these videos out from almost 2 years ago. Back then I was only allow 15 min videos at a time. So I re-edited them and put them all into one video!
This way, when I am asked 4000000000x what I use or how I do something, I will send the link.
Thanks for watching.

I watched all the videos with subtitles, mostly everything is clear). I saw several important non-obvious points. Very useful video, thank you very much!
I’m saving it in the “important” folder, and soon I’ll try to create the bike of my dreams!))) Although the cycling season in Siberia is short, we simply don’t have such bicycles, I will have the first one!)))
I also have stuff on Bottom Brackets, wheel and tires sizes and well as diamond tube frame building. Just check the how to section
@@CburkeCustoms
YES, this is all very necessary, the dimensions of the pipes for the carriage, the steering tube, etc., the dimensions that are in the instructive video, the distance from the steering wheel to the seat, and so on will be very useful. Perhaps our standards for some sizes differ, but in general I already know some of the information, thank you very much again!)
Great Video, packed full of points but most importantly the Tools of the Trade. When I was a Heating/AC tech I bought ALL
the "Pipe Benders" b/c that make your work standout! Pride in your work can be felt by others looking at your stuff so get
the best ya can, it makes a big difference. I don't do bikes but at about 11 yrs old I started rebuilding bikes, bearings, and
all that stuff around the neighborhood. So here I am in my old age looking at it seriously again. Go Figure? peace
Hahaha, there's no age limit, my man. You just have more experience now. 🙏🏻👊🏻🤘🏻
Very kool video & just know after what I've learned here I'll be designing my own bike.....lol, of all the ebikes they're too
short/long ; most of them don't look right to me & I know you've got "Bike-Vision". my minds workin' overtime here !!
@user-dv7hb2sc9m hell yeah! Ebikes can be a different animal. I did do an Escooter on here, and you can take one info from that as well.
Ohh Hey Mr. Burke, yeah, you mentioned you'd done some & I'm not in a hurry. This video brought back memories I'd not
thought about for 45+ yrs now. Seeing the "nutz/boltz" of the framing of the bike & things that you think about was a full
video man. Talk about getting some insight.... yeah, you just gave us most of your bicycle soul if there is such a thing?
Take your time & I'm still thinking about my own design & now that I see what's involved & the materials(tubing), I'll be
looking for pieces/parts but you've HooK'd Me Up, so take your time..... I'll see ya next time, God willing? peace man
I didn't know that when I was your age
so thank ya much...
👍🏽🤩 that’s the frame I’ve been looking for perfect I love how the seat sits low in front of the tire-sold👍🏽
👊🏻👍🏻
You have come a long way man!!! Keep striving to be better!
Yes sir, always! 🙏🏻👊🏻🤘🏻
Cool movie💪🔥🔥

Got my fingers crossed for a how to on making tank plates😊
Next year for sure

looks good buddy !
Thanks man!
Very nice thank you. So I'm curious by the look of thus you don't worry about Center point steering or do you run a spacer off the front of your fork to get it to line up with the contact patch. Also what rake do you run that head at and what's the biggest rake number you've ever run and does it effect steering as much as on a chopper. Those questions aside the frame looks sick man you really nailed that long low kind of prostrate frame style it wicked brother.thanks for the video
Thanks Johnny. Not sure what you mean by center point? The rake is 56' now. Found that's a good headtube rake so the steering isn't sloppy. That's about the most I've done.
Hey you’re missing the spoken audio from around 4:00 to 7:45. Otherwise a great resource video.
Still? Thought I fixed that! There was a was an copyright issue that I fixed.
Great video mate, really appreciate it. Been looking at roller benders here in the uk, and one of the more affordable ones (still £400), does 42,22 and 15mm round up to 3mm thick, and flat to 62mm, do you think those sizes are ok for bike building?
Thanks man. I'm not 100% sure on what will work with that. I'm very basic when it comes to what I do.
@@CburkeCustoms I was meaning if those sizes of tube are suitable for bike building. Thinking 42mm for the main tubes and 22mm for the chain stays.
Yes, those should be fine!
What size tub roller dies do you use most on a standard frame build? Sneaking up on my dies collection as money allows.
1 inch and 1 1/2 inch. Never anything more
Hey I might have missed it in the video, but what grade of metal are you using for the frames?
Steel.
What type of crank will the bottom bracket you use fit?
A 3 piece crank
@@CburkeCustoms BSA?
@@CburkeCustoms BSA?
@mrmarcus7813 don't know what BSA is. Just a regular 3 piece cranks off ebay or Amazon
@@CburkeCustoms I may have miss spelled myself. BSA is a type of bearing for the crank, and i was wandering what type of bearing the BB’s you use will fit. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
