The Supreme Court Decision considered the Murder as an Offense under the Revised Penal Code separate and distinct from the Illegal Possession of Firearms under a Special Criminal Law. In perspective, Murder can be aggravated from Homicide without the use of a Firearm which is unlicensed. Makes sense, di ba?
