I would not store it like this. It's best practice to leave it hanging up without weights when practical. I only pack it for travel for a few days max.
I can't complete step 3 like the video with the latest version of the Hydros Pro. On the latest version where the shoulder strap attaches to the back plate a piece of plastic has been installed that prevents the shoulder straps from lying flat on the back plate. I really want this BCD to pack small for easy travel. Could you please provide guidance for the latest version of the BCD?
You have to apply a bit of pressure and press down that part of the strap when folding until you hear a click, they will fold down as shown in the video.
Is he using the small version? Because I just spent 30 minutes fighting with the medium, trying to get it into the bag with no luck at all, its just too tall. I will try again tomorrow.
After more then 25 dives with this item, I could only say, I love it sooo hard and wouldn't miss it anymore.

I’m in a large and have no issues getting it into the bag.
Quite heavy, prepare to pay extra at the airline counter
