      Hi, Jen!
Thank you so much. Those are my absolute favorite pencils! Here’s a link:

I’m such a pencil geek! Lol! I even installed an old school wall mounted pencil sharpener because…well…nothing sharpens quite as well, right? 🤷🏻‍♀️😎
      Thanks, again!
Hope you are having a great day!

Thanks so much, Gina! It is actually a pretty smallish room (10’x10’) but even with all of the dedicated “office space” it still works…somehow??? Lol! The down side is that it is located right next to my front door and even though the glass doors are pretty, I feel like I have to keep it somewhat clean because it is such a public space. 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️🤣🤣🤣
I hope you are having a great evening, sweet friend.

This video just popped up in my feed and I am VERY grateful!! You have a cute craftroom and have done an amazing job of storing all your “crafty goodness” making the area neat and cozy.
I’m really grateful because you have such a delightful personality and such a great sense of humor….which certainly helps with 6 kids!! I couldn’t have children but my sister had 8. I was a teacher (I’m retired) and I would drive to my sisters the first week school ended and staying around 6 weeks. I’d bring the older children back to my house for a few weeks. I also had them when I was working for times when someone had surgeries or other major events.
I had to laugh about the laundry! One time I came to stay with the children and my sister hadn’t done laundry in over a week or maybe two. Her 2 year old had been airlifted to San Antonio, TX and sent to Cooks Children Hospital in Ft. Worth where they finally diagnosed a heart problem requiring couple of surgeries. Her and her husband had just come home for short periods. My mother had gotten there but she couldn’t get laundry with shopping, cooking , etc. (Sorry for long way around) but I remember going to the laundry mat and using every machine they had!! All but 1 of the 6 came because they hadn’t been plus knew I’d buy treats!! It was crazy to say the least?!? We laughed so much and so hard at different things that it’s one memory all of them bring up when we are together.
I still had several loads I did at her house.
You just reminded me of that and a few others.
I love you have all your pictures up that your children created. Definitely understand why it brings you the most joy!!!
I’ve subscribed and will loop at your prior videos. I just found paper crafts after retiring. I was very ill, never watched tv and reading made it worse. I began watching TH-cam to find watercolor tutorials. That’s what started my fascination and excitement for paper crafts.
When I started getting better my husband drove me to Michaels and Tuesday Morning insisting I buy some things and begin. Wow! I had no idea how much I would spend in the next couple of years….lol
I did find so many things at Tuesday Morning for very good prices. I was just patient and went to the city every 2 or 3 weeks.
We’re in the process of updating and remodeling a home we bought this year and I am so excited!! I’ll finally be able to set up a place and start crafting!!
Well, I’ve rambled on….I’m praying for understanding and patience because I’m just sending and should read and delete some…lol
Anyway, I TRULY enjoyed you and your craft room!! You have been a blessing tonight and left my heart happy 😊
Sending prayers for you and family,
    Nancy Rolfe

      Hello, Nancy!
I’m so happy to meet you. And am truly grateful for your very thoughtful and moving comment. I’m certain that your sister and nieces and nephews were enormously blessed by your help. Not only in doing the laundry, but most of all in the memories you made with them during a most difficult season. Laughter truly is the best medicine.
My middle daughter (4th child) spent 3 months in the NICU at OU Children’s Hospital. When I asked my family for help, they not only refused but completely shut me out. It was heartbreaking and felt as if we were being kicked at our lowest. Going through that with my children on our own was the most difficult time of my life. But we certainly emerged stronger for it and, as my grandmother always said, “the Good Lord blesses us in ways that don’t necessarily feel like blessings at the time.” So, we choose to see it for the blessing it was and are closer for having weathered that storm together.
I have also only recently discovered papercrafting. It has been a Godsend for me. Therapeutic, really. I’ve finally been addressing and attempting to heal from a lifetime of trauma. Papercrafting has become my creative “go to” throughout the process. There is something so magical about making things with your hands. I know there is science behind it…bilateral brain stimulation has been proven to help process trauma from the amygdala…but I don’t need to know the science to know it works.
God has put it on my heart to share my journey and it is a honor and a blessing to know you have found some joy in my doing so.
I cannot thank you enough for reaching out. It means so very much to me to connect with others in this way.
Wishing you many blessings and joyful journeys. I’m so grateful to have met you.
      ((hugs))

Just watched! What a great room, very organized. Where did you get the filing cabinets from? Also where do you buy the glue. I love P13 paper its great. I keep boxes and those bags also. Isn’t that what the floor is for……..overflow.

      Hi, Amelia!
I bought the filing cabinets years ago from Wayfair. They work great for office filing cabinets, but unfortunately, not so great for paper craft storage so I have a bit of a love/hate for them.
Here are some links to the glues & adhesives I use.
      Art glitter glue:
      www.countrycraftcreations.com/products/art-glitter-glue-8-oz-refill-bottle
      PH neutral PVA:

      ATG refills:

I wish my room were this clean now! I’m way overdue for another massive clean up! 😳🤦🏻‍♀️🤣🤣🤣
Thanks so much for watching, sweet friend.

Beautiful craft room, Caroline. Thanks for sharing. (Be careful with those Glitter Kiss, mine all dried out, only a few months not using them. I closed the lid tightly, of course, but maybe I was supposed to also to use Press'nSeal to keep them from drying out)

    • @CraftingCreatingWithCaroline
      @CraftingCreatingWithCaroline  2 ปีที่แล้ว

Thanks so much, Meta! I really appreciate the tip on using press ‘nSeal for the Glitter Kiss. I’ve noticed that the gold one was beginning to firm up a bit and I guess the lid doesn’t offer enough of a seal. Thank you!
I hope you are having a lovely day!

Thanks for the video. I love watching craft room videos & usually get an idea or two from each one. Where do you get your bulk rolls for your ATG gun? Do they go bad? I go through spurts of making LOTS of cards, then not making them for a while. I like the idea of putting ribbon in canning jars. Thanks! 😊❤️

Thank you so much! I buy my ATG tape from Tape Jungle…I usually wait until January for their big sale but even now they are a great price. The Sub Pack is 24 rolls for $52
I’ve never had mine go bad…but I go through them fairly quickly.
      Here’s a link:
      www.tapejungle.com/products/standard-atg-tape-56720.html
Be sure and select the 1/4” pink glider size from the drop down menu as well as the pack size you want.
Thanks, again, for your feedback. I really appreciate your kind words of encouragement.
Hope you are having a lovely day!

Great space and well organized.... I can totally relate to the working space mess LOL and buying things on sale and not knowing what to do with it....you do have a lot of paper! I love paper too and can't seem to cut into a lot of it, no idea why I save it for that special project and then time goes by and suddenly I don't like it as much! Am I odd? .Can you share the link for your AGT rolls? Enjoyed this video so thanks for sharing!

    • @CraftingCreatingWithCaroline

Thanks, Anita! And, YES! Why don’t I use the paper I love the most…when I’m loving it the most??? 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤣
I get my ATG refills from tape jungle. In January they have a big sale so I try to buy it then. But even now they are selling the subpack (24 rolls) for $52, so it’s a great deal even when it’s not their big once a year sale. I think it was 30% or 50% off or something crazy like that. Here’s a link
      www.tapejungle.com/products/standard-atg-tape-56720.html?adgroupid=122739248099&adid=522841241677&campaignid=13174823002&device=m&devicemodel=&network=u&targetid=pla-650334731165&adposition=&keyword=&matchtype=&placement=&target=&gclid=CjwKCAjwh-CVBhB8EiwAjFEPGWXKEVEXXdnKzphe6lWZE3D0qHqD_t7M_wHZvQgR2PjBem4J2mzWcRoCiI0QAvD_BwE
be sure to select the 1/4” pink glider size and then you can select the quantity from the other drop down menu.
      Hope that helps.
