Let the guessing game begin. Lauren mentioned she liked gender neutral names... so my guesses (a few aren’t gender neutral) are- Leon, Lennox, Lennon, Lane, Laney, London, Levy, Lola. Silas, Shiloh, Scout, Sky, Sloan, Sawyer, Sutton, Saige.
Sage, Spencer, Samantha(Sam), Layne, Laynie, Lakin, Lakon, Lawrence, Landon...

I can relate to Lauren, I LOVE names that are gender-neutral AND are different!
Forty years ago I named my son Ashley... I found it in a book of names for "BOYS" believe it or not, shortly after it became quite the name for girls, and my son hated his name!
Now that he is a grown man he loves his name and wants to name his first daughter "Stevie" if they are lucky enough to have a daughter LOL
I know Lauren and Arie will NAIL IT with the twin's names! I mean come on "Alessi" that name is a winner!!!
It is so fun to see Lessi with this big personality and a little sassy. She is so cute and she is talking so much now. Can’t wait for your twins.

Congrats! I think it’s a Vacation House on Maui, Arie was there recently “ on business” and now they are both there for their baby moon! I’ll be staying there if they rent it out!

I was devastated when Lauren took his rejection like a truly gracious lady! She always impresses me, I cried more than she did! LOL thankfully he did immediately make his wrong right and now we get to see this match made in heaven play out....I also adore this couple, just when it seems it cannot get any better BINGO it does!

OMG what the heck was he even thinking when he was with Becca for a min, I was SO relieved he owned his mistake and made it right immediately and Lauren is so gracious she is just happy to be with her soul mate there is none of that whining and throwing it in his face crap! I am dealing with a gopher problem right now too and they are the worst! For your new home, lay chicken wire underneath the lawn as it’s supposed to prevent gophers!

I feel like it's a second home or a vacation home. Arie seems to really love where they are now -- the garage and outdoor space, etc. However, they are expecting twins so the current house may not be big enough...the house is beautiful, but it's not ginormous like you would expect from the size of the property. Remodeling is one of the hardest things a couple can go through -- it's really difficult, but maybe they would extend their current living space. They have all the room the could possibly need. I don't know, I don't see them giving up that house and property.
Agreed. Just a guess, a home and investment property in Virginia Beach where her folks live. Rent it out in summer and they can visit for long stays in the off season. It makes sense to me but who knows? I'm from that area originally and when I saw the front yard of her parent's house, I felt at home with the holly and coastal plain soil and pine trees.
I totally agree.. I think it's in va beach..a second home close to her family..three little ones is gonna be a lot of work..
I think Arie had mentioned they could add on during one of their IG stories last month, and Lauren agreed. But I think they were thinking out loud.

They just added on to their AZ home to make room for the twins...you can go over to Lauren's Instagram page and see where she is talking about decorating the newly added rooms for the twins! I doubt they would move after adding on?

As soon as I saw the initials on the sweatshirts I thought “Saylor”, the girls name is going to be Saylor haha I don’t know why but I think that’s Kristin Cavallari’s daughters name? YEP, I think so too! They said back when they bought the first fixer-upper that they wanted to do this as a hobby and to make some extra money, it looks like that is what they are doing, good for them!

With my middle child, I had made eggs and accidentally dropped them because I bumped into my husband. I sat down in the floor and bawled because they were the last eggs and he looked at me like I had 3 heads and then promptly went to the store to get me more and fixed me some! 😂 Pregnancy hormones are something else!!
