Yep, count me in on this question. I've never seen someone deep fry a whole crab like this, I mean, what's the point?
Ok one more time for those in the back row:
SOFT shelled crabs. As in the shell is SOFT enough to be eaten and digested. They are crabs that recently molted their hard shells and the chitin is soft enough to eat. Very high in Omega 3 fatty acids so they’re good for you (maybe not deep fried however).
