He is known to be upon the way of the salaf, WELL known amongst the Scholars of salafiyyah and knowing them personally. He has just come back from a Umrah where he was translating daily lessons from the scholars and senior students of knowledge in Saudi. The hizbiyoon you will find are far from the scholars my brother, may Allah bless you.
Fear Allah, is it the manhaj of our Pious predecessors or on the path of the khawarij to first think ill of another Muslim without proof. Whoever is on this type of aqeedah may not meet Allah well. Try to listen to his lectures and if you see anything against the sunnah then you can label. May Allah accept our efforts and may we not waste our righteous deeds from eating the flesh of Scholars.
