How can such incidents be taken to concerned authorities, RBI, etc., horrible state of situation and money is just lost in minutes. How do we get required visibility? They are royally living and continuing the same scams.

Hats off to the lady for coming out and sharing it and trying to help other. Irrespective of your IQ, when you feel breathless or panic, its human reaction to run towards any visible window. In fire fighting training, we are shown videos of how same happens during fire and smoke where people just blindly jump out of windows from heights. Its easy to comment from a safe place.

I faced same situation in August. Got a call from FedEx. I got scared disconnected the call and immediately called my husband. Later I came to know he is a fraudster .Thank God I was saved. After watching the video I could recollect my past experience. Thanks a lot Sai garu and Sheetal for sharing.

A few months back same type of crime happened in Gurugram also. When the lady came to know that she was cheated, immediately concerned bank was informed. That amount was frozen. They filed a case in the local court and got that amount back.

If we know what type of frauds are happening in and arround we can be cautious. It also depends upon one's guts and analysing capabilities . We are seeing in WhatsApp parcel boxes through in dustbin or streets with out erassing the phone number and other details may lead to land in trouble. Thank you very much Sai garu once again.

Its a good initiative to bring these cases before camera to educate people. I feel it can further be extended by telling about the red flags in the scam. i can see lot of red flags in this incident which are easy to overlook.so specifically talking about those red flags would help all..
Same happened with me on January 2nd, Fedex, police station, cbi office. Finally realized and cut the phone

Same to same ఇదే situation మా brother కి జరిగింది దాదాపు 4 hours ఇంటరాగేషన్ జరిగింది but లాస్ట్ లో ఎక్కడో చిన్న డౌట్ వచ్చి మావాడు పట్టుకున్నాడు వాళ్ళు పెట్టిన టెన్షన్ కి ఎటువంటి వాళ్ళైనా వలలో పడతారు ఇది జరిగినాక లోకల్ police station లో complaint ఇచ్చాడు

I consider I am smart too. But, after listening to her narration, I am sure 99% of our population will fall for this. Only people who can maintain cool in this kind of situation would be people with contacts in Police and political circles.

@@vijayakota986 International courier companies have close contacts with customs, excise, narcotics, ED and NIA (which deals with cross border terrorism).
And she clearly mentioned that the guy claiming from FedEx gave her full Aadhar number.
Ofcourse, there are lot of places where one can get a doubt. But, these guys are professionals, it is very much possible that they are trained in human psychology, manipulation techniques and legal vocabulary.
Don't underestimate.
Just find some simple things as scamster
1. If someone asking to share bank details/ OTP
2. Asking Adhar, Pancard details
3. Asking to send money
And asking to download an app..

Almost same thing happened to me last week, after listening to them for 5 to 10min, then I said I will look after if pblm arises then disconnected the call…

Omg 😮 .. so many annoying scam calls across the globe. 90 percent incoming calls I receive are from unknown, even if it was genuine government, I was asking to send a notice to my address. It’s so scary to answer if they have all the details and trying to defraud.

My wife got the same FedEx call today, I watched this video on Friday but didn't discuss or forward this video to my family. thank God somehow she is identified that it is a fake call after talking with them around 15mins. Strictly share to family members

First of all really hats off to her, Sai bro and team. If possible pls make a video on English, so many will get awareness, alert and also save lot more people. Few days back one young guy passed away. He written a letter clearly mentioned like due to scammers i lost around 9 lakhs, this reason i attempted suicide.
Same happened with my sister but she approached me and we have not given a single rupee and book a cyber crime case.

Ask police to take cc video of Dubai ATM withdrawal from HDFC Bank, So easily we can catch scammsters
Bank can’t freeze the amounts on an individual complaint other than account holder. The freezing instruction should be come from statutory body like cyber crime / police / IT etc., once the bank received the instruction, the account can’t be unfreeze until further instructions from the same body.
