Because the run game isn't efficient and explosive enough to lean on. Especially when the Colts end up in too many late and long passing downs. Are you even serious? The lions own the NFC North and have the playoffs locked in already bruh!
Bears are already eliminated.
@@robertbennett7343Packers out after two losses to both Lions and Vikings.
@@robertbennett7343lmfao Vikings barely miss playoffs hahahahaahahahahhaha know ball kid
That's what you call an ugly win. Despite the shaky performance it was good to see Sam Darnold play through it and clutch up at the end.
Darnald is a absolute stud and it's coming from a true niner fan❤
Meh
At 10 million bucks, yea!
He’s playing passable but clearly isn’t great but is a good backup for any team. From a vikes fan.
He's definitely improved. But even if he wins a playoff game there's a very good chance he'll be on another team next season. It seems to me the Vikings are all-in on JJ McCarthy. It's only a matter of "when", not "if".
Darnold may be the new Case Keenum.
If he gets them to the playoffs they need to keep him.
Addison is a beast Fr, give him more Love! Don't get me wrong JJetta is a Goat but Addison is a gem
Flacco didn’t tap out for being tired lol 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Another penalty on the quarterback that they have failed to call again is crazy.
been waiting many decades since j.kapp & company got their butts handed to them by hank stram's chiefs. i can almost guarentee vikes finally gonna win the super bowl this year
Wait I’m confused. Colts fans told me Flacco playing was going to unlock the offense, and this was going to be the greatest show on turf 2.0. I know the Vikings defense is great, but 179 yards with a pick and no touchdowns? Is this your king?? 🤔😂😂
Flacco should have drank more prune juice. Not too bad QB play for an AARP member.
No one told you “Flacco is gonna produce the greatest show on turf.” You won by single digits to our back up QB, chill out
Jim Mora gotta talk to these fans. They talkin' bout playoffs when they wish they can just win a game.
Flacco was never a king of football 😂. He won a super bowl because the defense was elite. He's an ok backup now but nothing more. Not sure who you are talking to but it's crazy to think Flacco can save a football team
Fire coach Steichen. Used Anthony as a scapegoat. Joe gives us best chance to win 😂 he loss to the jags in his first start
Nice effort by Cam Akers. Good job.
every vikings game i watch proves that jj is top tier wr, prolly the best.... always lifts spirits up when minnesota is down
Sam Darnold is turning the ball over way too much for me to consider him a top tier QB.
If we're going to win this division, win a playoff game, and ultimately a SB, there will be times where he's going to have to put the team on his back, and win games.
I'm not sure if he believes he can do that.
Mahomes has more interceptions than Sam
@@clarenceandersoniii9306 that’s a good way to put it, it’s a mental game just as much as it is physical, if you don’t have faith in yourself you aren’t gonna do that well
No one considers him a top tier QB. However he is serviceable and making more positive than negative plays. That's about all you can ask from a player that no one believed in
@@rachelengle4994and you said that with a straight face? I'll take the worst year Mahomes has ever had over Darnold's best year 10 out of 10 times.
The nfl needs to lock in with officiating, the amount of blown calls and unnecessary head hits for the Vikings is insane, protect them like you’re supposed to.
Let s go Vikings
Officiating fails again, when trying to protect this quarterback.
Cris "The Triangle of Terror" Collinsworth
I bet the Vikings WRs never dreamed they'd ball out with Sam Darnold at QB at the beginning of the year.
Players respect other players, every player knows Sam Darnold was a 3rd overall draft pick and a good QB. The talking heads and ESPN talked about the Vikings going 3-14 and JJ McCarthy taking the starting role by week 8. Vikings fans knew they had a great QB for a cheap $10M this year. Before Kirk went down the Vikings offense was top 3 last year, and the off-season acquired a lot of talent and leadership.
@@wilhoroshak5035 Yeah, top 3 before the half-way point. Then the Vikings always screw up down the stretch of the season and either barely make it in or barely miss out.
This might be ironic coming from a Broncos fan, but the Colts have got to be one of the most boring teams to watch in the NFL.
As a chiefs fan, I agree that the broncos are boring
@@patrickstovall2262I agree, lol. I'd like to forget about today's game. You guys have beaten people in the most agonizing ways this year. You haven't been blowing anyone out, but you've been making them think they have a chance before giving their hopes up. That's how I felt during our 16 game losing streak to you.
@@BroncoJosh 16 game losing streak? That’s brutal
That Justin Jefferson catch was insane!!!!
Props to Sam Darnold for his wonderful performance. He was MVP of the game without any doubt. He had 3 TD passes, 28 completions outta 34 attempts, 290 passing yards and 2 interceptions. Well Done
Uh, 2 fumbles and 1 or 2 pickoffs don't make him an mvp of anything
@@johnstark4723 I didn’t find anybody else better than him so I decided to pick him as the MVP. Although i was doubtful but when I saw stats, I picked him. Couldn’t find anyone else better than him. Who was the MVP of the game in your opinion?
@@johnstark4723 He has less ints this season than Mayfield and Mahomes. Learn ball kid
@SRPNTINE lol keep dreaming
Harrison Smith still punishing fools after 13 seasons. It's a joy to watch and impressive to see the longevity at the S position, even if he isn't an upper echelon player anymore...still beyond serviceable.
Colts defense is atrocious. This entire highlight reel is the Vikings marching down the field. Flacco doing a terrible job as well
Ngl Stewart running over the center and tackling the qb causing a fumble was an amazing play.
You spelled penalty wrong.
@@xSparticus no it wasn’t, he literally used a cheat to score and the score should never have made the board
Vikings need a new QB to be at Superbowl level
Sam Darnold is turning the ball over way too much for me to consider him a top tier QB.

Harrison Smith is one of the most underrated players of all time
Zebra alert 📢 that blow to the 😂head was roughing the passer
Refs: You can smack Darnold around, but no one else.
I feel like number 5 would have won this game.
I watched this on my phone and went through 7 ads. Unreal.
2:50 The NFL yet again lets the Vikings QB get hit in the head without penalty
Boy Darnold really wanted to keep the Colts in this game last night
If I was Richardson, then I would suddenly develop a case of severe back pain and call it a season.
Let the Colts ride the Flacco wave.
Getting benched for being tired is disrespectful.
LOL
Yea he's a robot 🤖 he's not supposed to get tired because robots dont
Your comment is proof that American males are now pussified.
Name another time in histor where a QB tapped himself out during a drive for being tired
@Augfordpdoggie I guess you missed the 3 straight plays he had to throw 300 lbs lineman off of himself.
@@soulknife20they don't want to see the truth
The Vikings need Cashman back and Darnold to stop throwing interceptions. It wasn't a great game, but a win is a win.
@@BENSTACKIN365 and Risner, get Ed back on the bench

Unpopular opinion: If Sam Darnold keeps this team winning he may be a good candidate for comeback player of the year.
Colt's did better than expected even better than the Texans
Easier to stay in the game when the opposing team give up a defensive TD after the QB is clotheslined in the head!
Would you guys say that Darnold is better than Cousins?
Buckner for Nick Mullens who says no?
Волевая победа . Миннесота вызывает оптимизм.
Darnold looking like he is at his previous form and why so many teams have given up on him
290yard and 3TDs? Jets and Panthers Darnold was running for his life and seeing ghosts. This year Darnold holds the ball longer than any other QB, a decent O line can completely change a QB.
@@wilhoroshak5035 Nah, be real here man. Darnold is solid, but he's not to be depended on to win you big-time games. They have two losses to two winning teams. That says all I need to know.
Vikings back down to earth. At least they won!
Skol! Run it back Detroit!!!!
VIKINGS ARE THE BEST 💪🏾💪🏾💜
Man on that Darnold fumble for a TD - if that was Mahomes they would have called a roughing the passer - contact to the head... Just saying
For sure! Maybe even an ejection!
You guys have one of the best running backs in the league why are you passing it so much?
Minnesota actually held Taylor in check to be fair
Because the run game isn't efficient and explosive enough to lean on. Especially when the Colts end up in too many late and long passing downs. Also the Colts run game was more diverse when they had a QB that could get involved in the run game and forced defenses to add extra defenders in the box. But they traded that for a 39 yr old who can't move and has to make too passes to keep the offense afloat.
This Vikings win brought a tear to Brad Childress' eye.
Big night for JJettas
Vikings bounced back from some crazy turnovers to hold off the Colts....playoffs are coming for sure
Flacco please move to Florida, the sunshine state. We all know what that means 😊
Sam Sarnold decision making reminds me of Kurt cousins. What’s funny is they have the exact same stats just that Kirk has more passing yards
Tired of these stupid Jamie (Diddy) Foxx and Mahomes commercials!!🤬
Not the prettiest game for the Vikings but a win is a win. This win also keeps them in lock-step with the Lions in the division. Also, it's nice to see them in the win column after a 2 game losing skid.
Missing a 33 yard FG seriously worries me. That is unacceptable in the postseason, if we get that far.
he was injured, bro needed ice and bandages on the sideline
He strained a hamstring or something.
Quad injury
He was nursing a quad injury and eventually stepped out of the game and is now on IR
I'm happy to attend this game in-person! Bought my ticket in the morning of gameday as an early Birthday present for myself, Lol. SKOL VIKINGS!!!

Where are the Joe Flacco fans at now 😂

Colts haven’t been good at finding a consistent QB since Luck retired. That streak continues 😂
@11:50 throw to the runningback...
Im really starting to believe the Refs really wanna see Darnold take shots to the head
We got the dub 🎉
This week of the NFL... I think someone needs to look into the Coaching staff of nearly all teams. Somethings wrong. Not just scores, but the rando penalties etc. Its like no one is taking it seriously
Thank you YT and NFL for shortening a snore-fest of a game to 12 minutes
I love the amount of ads I get when I try to watch highlights
