sadly not the serious love that Mizuki shoudl have given them - beign a Swirl Buffer like Nilou Buffs Bloom by changing them into a unique strogner form. thats how Mizuki should have been made by design, to change Swirls unique into "Storms" that provide based on each Storm Form then unique additional effects to make that way an interesting Character, which turns the singular Reaction Swirl into a more versatile Reaction based on which Element you swirled up into a more powerful Storm ...
