They smile because they know that as short as his life was, the joy he brought to them was immeasurable! A blessing and a gift to them all. And even though they are no doubt distraught after losing him, he was probably the kind of baby who was happiest when his family was smiling and laughing. So they smile because they love him, and he wouldn’t want to see them cry. I hope they can heal. It is not something that would ever be easy to recover from.

It was hard for my brothers, cousins and I to carry our grandmothers casket but a great honor to be there. My mom and sisters were sad but my mom is a believer in Christ and know she’s with the lord. Loves to make light of things and quickly switched to doing silly jumps because it’s also a celebration. Everybody grieves different. It hit me foreal months later. Wild how people are here one day and gone the next. Can’t say nothing to them anymore …that’s what really got me.

It was many years ago my wife and I lost our baby, our first child. The agony is nothing like we have ever experienced before or after. It was like being at the ocean during a hurricane. the waves of pain were endless, crashing on the shore of our hearts. Hold onto the Lord. Cry continually. Hold onto others. Talk about your child. He or she was so beautiful and loved by you. Give your child the opportunity to change your life for the better through grieving this most painful loss. The hurricane that is hitting you right now will ever so very slowly ease up, only to pick up again and again. Yet it will ease up, but never entirely. After 26 years we can still sheds tears over our little one. Please know that we all love you and care for you. May the Lord Jesus bring you the comfort that can only come from Him. The casket is so beautiful, as are those who love your child with you.

Just because they’re smiling doesn’t mean they don’t feel pain. When I lost my baby boy I was in a state of shock. Held his body in my arms and shed a few tears. The week after I was in a place of peace and acceptance, but I also think I was still in shock. At his service when I got up to speak, I cried, smiled, laughed and all. When I got to see him for the last time I smiled. It was so heart warming because he looked so at peace. The tears still come and go, but yall don’t know anything about what yall are talking about. Grief comes in waves, so just because yall don’t see them falling all over doesn’t mean they don’t or aren’t hurting. You never know this baby’s story. This baby could have been sick and seeing him at peace could give them peace. Stop with all that. People grieve the way they grieve.

And there are dreams you have been getting at night which you forget when you wake up, some times you hear someone calling you but the voice disappears, and when your in a room alone you always have the feeling that your not alone. And some times you wake up from your sleep in the morning when your feeling tired from no where. And financially, you always gets money but it always passes through your hands without doing what's its supposed to do. And people has been turning onto your back even at the last moments. People have to understand that nowadays funerals are celebrations of life, not for mourning anymore. The family chooses to honor the person, how they loved and were remembered. Let them grieve however they grieve. There's nothing wrong with this. He was a baby, so this is a true honor to his life. Showing these videos also helps other people who are or have gone through the same thing. I know that they have helped me cope with the losses of my Godson and nephew. Am seeing there is a period of success which has been knocking on your door for a very long period of time but you don't know how to open for it in your life. And there are dreams you have been getting at night which you forget when you wake up, some times you hear someone calling you but the voice disappears, and when your in a room alone you always have the feeling that your not alone. And some times you wake up from your sleep in the morning when your feeling tired from no where. And financially, you always gets money but it always passes through your hands without doing what's its supposed to do. And people has been turning onto your back even at the last moments. People have to understand that nowadays funerals are celebrations of life, not for mourning anymore. The family chooses to honor the person, how they loved and were remembered. Let them grieve however they grieve. There's nothing wrong with this. He was a baby, so this is a true honor to his life. Showing these videos also helps other people who are or have gone through the same thing. I know that they have helped me cope with the losses of my Godson and nephew. Being able to see others go through it and get feedback from others is really helpful. So please people, let's lift each other up, not tear down.
