That was never in any first responders report and only was brought up much later. Don’t you think if someone admitted their guilt at the scene the officers and EMTs would have made note of that?

The prosecutor didn't prove the case. If that was enough for a conviction, they would have arrested onsite. We wouldn't need weeks of testimony and binders of evidence. The question is did the Commonwealth prove their case beyond a moral certainty.
EMTs don't do who did it in reports. Their not lying .
And yet everything points to John’s body NOT being hit by a vehicle and the vehicle not hitting a human body

When there 3 witnesses were sent by the department of justice and the FBI why would you need anything else They were not bias facts They weren’t there for just the defense or procecution They were there to state purely facts. Maybe if you would of listened to the trial you would know that Only the jury isn’t allowed to know If they did I’m sure it I would be a slam dunk that is why they can’t tell them.

As soon as the judge made a direct statement to Karen it should have been mistrial under prejudice of defendant all the smirk she gave through out(the judge) be more professional
