    When I was a little girl (I'm 64 now) I would come with my Aunt Jewel and Uncle Henry to the Farmers Market. Back then it was ALL farmers with their produce, cured hams, and milk. The farmers would come up to the car window. You didn't even get out of your car. If you were a regular they would have your order and maybe something they wanted you to try already for you. Everyone just drove around the road there. They had Amish and some farmers who traveled from a distance in Tennessee. My Uncle has moved to Nashville as an electrician/journeyman to be the foreman of the wiring and lighting of the L&C building. The L&C building was the only skyscraper at one time.
