Hot Tent Camping In Idaho Using the Best Hot Tent

- I got out into a snowstorm and did some winter hot tent camping! I used what I consider the best hot tent for winter camping, the Russian Bear Up-2 Mini! The snow was scheduled to fall during the night. The weather was calling for 4-8 inches of snow with temperatures as low as 10f (-12C) at night. I stayed very warm with my wood stove! The tent got really hot reaching temps above 112F (44C) For dinner I made a delicious bean and bacon soup using my wood stove. ENJOY!

We just got into camping about three or four years ago but my fiancé had a horrible accident at the job site last year and I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to camp like that again but we really enjoyed your videos. Thank you so much.

Welcome back Kenny, great to see you again. I always wait for your next one. You should get one if those electric snow shovels. It might help and sure beats shoveling. I remember you had some back issues and shoveling snow might aggravate your back. It’s good there was a vent in the tent especially after eating all those beans. Lol.

Just wanted to say hi to you from Maine. Been watching you for about 5 months now. Don't do as much camping because we have a camp near Rangeley in the winter we snow shoe alot and fly fish and hike etc the rest of the year. Bean and bacon soup is my favorite. It never occurred to me that I could make it for myself. Duh... Learn something new every day. LOL. That was one heavy tent to trek through all that snow. Yikes. Sure do love that tent though. I'm a snow lover but don't appreciated the below zero and wind chill on top of it , that we have had here in southern WI. Welcome back friend. Very nice camera work and editing, I like your videos you put a lot of effort into them, thank you. My daughter won't allow her family to eat beans while they're camping. She has a husband and two boys and they camp in a scamp and the flatulence is too much for her in the close space. So no chili, no pork and beans, no beans. I think it takes a lot of the fun out of camping.

На одной полной закладке дров она будет греть до 8-10 часов! Точно не замерзнете! Так же у компании Мобиба отличные мобильные бани! Например, походная ранцевая баня Кайфандра с печью Жига-3!

Kenny, you need to invest in a small sled if you are going to use that Russian Bear tent in the snow! In my opinion it’s too heavy to backpack, BUT it a great tent for camping in the snow. More snow camping please!! I always enjoy your videos.
