this is a bit out dated, sorry. instead of removing those columns that had series in them, rename those columns to supply and demand. the furthest left column is your x-axis stuff. etc.
Please slow down when explaining, at the end you went extremely too fast, unsure how you aligned the wording to the graft. It would have been very good if you slow down some for those computer illiterate folks!
