How do you make the youngsters grow so rapidly? The regens i sign (they have a ton of potential) grow by just +1 or +2 per season.

Do they got enough game time on them? And they also should perform to hit dynamic potential.

How do u know exactly who’s regen is who? I try to find some players here of regens like people I’ve never seen and i csnt find them mostly.

You can try to identify them with nationality obviously, position, the potential should be approximately the same as the original player’s rating. Also both original player and his regen should have the same birthdate, you can check it if you have access to mods.

You can identify them with nationality, positions, and they should have similar potential as the main player.Sometimes they can have the same skill moves/weak foot, or even a specific stat, like dribbling.
