I own both Pavlov and H3VR, and I 100% agree that they are two very different types of games. Both of them are great in their own ways... but I will say H3VR gets better and better the more you learn and get comfortable with the controls. Like when you learn you can "call" items that are one the ground into your hand, so you dont have to punch the ground! Hope that helps you, your controllers and your down stairs neighbors 😆❤
This game is THE litmus test for VR shooters. Also in my experience, this is the most optimized game for VR. Even on my old system, this game ran beautifully compared to most other VR shooters.
a cool person on the Pavlov community helped me with the issue of your game floor being lower than the real floor .. if you haven't been told yet. Just reset your Guardian boundaries(Oculus settings) and on the set floor height section make it couple inches up like ankle height and then that'll raise the floor .. and a lot of the games as you know have an adjustment. buuuut if not . thats how ^^ keep up the dope vids
This is the game that made me buy a VR headset. So many guns and modes, customizing said guns and constant updates make this a shining example of a VR game done right. It has me dead when he honked the horn on the scar🤣
Just wait till he finds out you can use the touchpad while hovering over a magazine in your belt and touching the pad makes it either return to the belt when dropped or just duping it infinetly
H3VR actually has an option that adds in its own version of Gravity Gloves from Alyx and also has a thing where (on VIVE/Valve controllers) you hit down on the track pad to get a blue beam to come out of your hand and pick up an object from a distance.
6:00 looks like someone lied about their height on the vr setup
no the game does do this
@@knyt0 not if you set it up properly.
@@Jazpazzaz no the game seriously sets you a couple centimeters higher and because of the small grip spheres it's harder to grab objects
@@knyt0 just set your height a little smaller then? I haven't played the game but I know that vr games tend to mess up height detection a lot so i always set my height a little smaller than i actually am
Damn I just found you're channel this morning and I think you're great
I'm highly sorry to do this, I am simply but bored so take no offense but, your*.
@@purewaterc7817 Sorry my mom wrote it, you can blame her
@@PeterPlayerOne I will not blame her, never hate on moms.
hey habie. i just now found your channel and honestly you’re amazing at this. i’m going to binge watch all of your videos now lmao.
habie putting off making a video about H3 because he's busy making a video about H3 is so strangely poetic
You can use the control stick to activate a “laser” and you can grab thing from a decent distance.
I love how one of the ranges is a homage to Hickok45 complete with all the pot
This game is THE litmus test for VR shooters. Also in my experience, this is the most optimized game for VR. Even on my old system, this game ran beautifully compared to most other VR shooters.
a cool person on the Pavlov community helped me with the issue of your game floor being lower than the real floor .. if you haven't been told yet. Just reset your Guardian boundaries(Oculus settings) and on the set floor height section make it couple inches up like ankle height and then that'll raise the floor .. and a lot of the games as you know have an adjustment. buuuut if not . thats how ^^ keep up the dope vids
4:25 Even if it’s vr it still makes me flinch and want to look away
6:20 does he not realize there's a point and pick up button
2:35 killed me
This is a surprisingly positive way to review a game, not many negative opinions and really makes me want to experiment with the game more
This is the game that made me buy a VR headset. So many guns and modes, customizing said guns and constant updates make this a shining example of a VR game done right. If I were to only have one VR game ever, it would be H3VR.
And regarding the floor situation, you may have to reset the play area for the headset (I use an Oculus Rift S).
"pavlov makes me feel like i'm playing call of duty in vr, short, simple, sweet, I CAN SHOOT OTHER PEOPLE" -habie147 2021
Everything that's in the game is made by the dev, Anton, or commissioned by an artist that he adds in. He's only started to officially support modding as of last week.

Glad the algo pushed you, your sense of humour is a delight. Keep it up, man!
Love all the different names you called H3VR
Every youtuber deserves money for their work, the question is how much ;)
As a full fledge member of the pause gang, I finally feel appreciated.
You love me, you really love me!
"Why isn't it going?"
I'm pretty sure the reason SHOULD have been that you didn't pull the hammer down. It's right where you'd expect it to be if the front grip of the RPG-7 was a revolver.
You're maybe one of the best game review channel on TH-cam
6:00 I see a lot of people talking about the HL: Alyx grabbity gloves they added to H3, but another good fix for the floor thing is playspace mover with OVR advanced settings, i just move myself down a little bit and I'm able to pick stuff up just fine.
Literally two days ago this guy had 4K less subscribers. Impressive channel growth!
Pause gang wants you to take your time, you always have unlimited time with us. May I suggest a smaller font? Also, don't burn yourself out, take it slow man. We love seeing you here, but we want you to want to be here and not just because we want you to. Make sure you enjoy what you do, we enjoy it but if you're not getting your fill then we don't want you to suffer at our expense. Mostly. Sometimes the suffering can be funny ;)
This video is one of the most creative uses of the *meme content* formula I've seen in weeks
The title in the thumbnail pained me and I was like “Excuse but things of mass destruction is a toy? Mate you’re mistaken.”
I like to come back here every so often just to refresh how far habie has come in just 3 years...
Well good intro..... i had headphones on
algorithm brought me to you but I'm completely with it man liking your content so far
pause scene at 1:34 earned a sub :)
No likes and a heart from habie.
300 hours and that number is only gonna go up. Love this game and the work the dev has put in.
4:43 that Picatinny rail on the combat knife had me rolling 🤣🤣
This dude is experiencing the American dream.
I went half way through this video without realizing that H3VR was Hotdogs, Horseshoes and Hand-grenades. I thought he was starting talking about the latter and was going to Segway into “H3VR”. 😂
I am not even joking that explosion at the start made my ears ring I had it on full volume man.
5:38 bro I physically felt that coming wth.
"Whether it's an AK-47"
*cuts to AK-74*
I literally had the same realization moment when you said H3VR is horseshoes and handgrenades..... My friend talked about playing H3VR all the time and didn't know what game he was talking about
