It’s totally about to crash!!! My exact house was just sold for 60% over what I paid 5 years ago. Now while that may sound good for me, I’d rather have 3% annual rises every year so my kid can buy a similar house with similar income. One day But I don’t think that will happen, it didn’t happen for me. My folks house if I had my dads job today would not be possible
