Congrats on 4k subscribers!! I threw my back out on Christmas Eve moving a floor lamp. It wasn't too bad until I was standing on a stool getting a platter out of the cabinet over the fridge when it completely locked up on me. So I feel your pain. My back has been sore and tight all week. The heating pad is my best friend right now.

My Christmas kinda sucked honestly. I had one bad thing after another. Got in the middle of a dog fight and stomped on by my 500 pound cow (my fault for wearing slippers) and some other issues. I also throw my back out often. Mine started in my twenties!
