Awesome remake! By the way, the intro at the start is Ableton's default Grand Piano with the (again) default Amp plugin set to lead and a 1/12 cabinet plugin. That's how come at the start when you hear that little piano scale down, it's actually the same instrument, just played with less velocity.

I actually recreated the song dam near exactly how the real thing sounds. I use fl studio tho. What I did for that music box sound was I use the stock fl keys and turned up the hardness a bit, then I put on a parametric eq and cut that down to only between like 500 to 5k, then put on fruity wave shaper and distort tf out of it. Then finished up by adding a bit of reverb and messed with it till it was totally indistinguishable from the actual song. And the base and 808s were actually super easy.
