I was hoping this would allow me to see my battery charge levels as wouldn't my dc-dc controller be able to know the battery status? I've got the non-smart 50Ah battery but now I'm not sure how much I've used from it and when I need to charge more. Is there a way to see this? The app works well for seeing what the controller is doing unlike some comments here, though.
Hi, customer. Thank you for your feedback. For smart batteries, our app can monitor the battery status. For your non-smart 50Ah battery, we suggest you can use our 500A battery monitoring screen.
I have two Renogy batteries set up with the communication hub and bt-2 bluetooth module. After adding both batteries individually to the app, according to the manual, the app does not display both batteries. Only when either battery is disconnected from the hub, will the other be displayed in the app. If both are connected to the hub, the connection is lost to both.

Hi there, the BT-2 works fine With the MPPT-Charger but not with the Battery (no Power led on, although it did once but Not and More) any idea??? Thanks

@@RenogySolar The app does not even tell me the capacity of my battery’s it doesn’t tell me how long before they’re fully charged when the solar power is working it’s indicating that the alternator is working it’s completely useless it’s merely a solicitation platform very very disappointed

Should I unplug the BT2 when not using? I don’t want to slow draw the batteries and drain them…

What additional features does the bt2 have over the bt1?
Its even more useless and unreliable. What a disappointment.

The monitoring screen and the BT2 can not be used at the same time since our controller only has one communication port.
