Avoid short dramas. That is where this is being seen. Regular dramas, the ones that have episodes, don't usually have much, if any abuse. I can't remember ever seeing any regular drama where people are being drugged like this, bullying is so hard core, and females are treated so horrendously.

Just watched a different drama where the wife took her kid and disappeared from the family for 5 years.... And her husband was genuinely contrite. The toxic MIL here is just ridiculous for no reason and there is no sign she'd change for the better. The sympathetic grandma is already dead. The husband only changes when he finds the FL is really the girl he'd been looking for and seems to feel justified in his treatment of her prior to that point... What motivates the FL to get back into that messy situation????

No matter what, the Ml had no reason to mistreat the innocent and caring Fl. As one person told him he was even helping others to slander the Fl. He had no backbone.It amazes me how quickly the Ml miraculously changed his mind after finding out she was his savior saying he loved her and would have treated her better if he knew! I must say the Fl and her sister were beautiful and elegant in their limited attire and the Mls were handsome. The storylines could have been better developed. In the end, as usual, the Fl forgives the Ml and reenters that lion's den!

What sort of culture allows this to happen without going to the police.
One of the more annoying tropes in these dramas is when all the insignificant side people voice their opinions without any information on the situation. Also these lazy, good for nothing sons in some of these families and the daughters are responsible for them.
This kind of drama make me sick forgiving like a piece of shit the person who has no dignity who has self respect I don't think they deserve for good such a waste no matter what if someone hurt you punished you humiliate abuse how can you forgive so easily there is no point of forgiving and going back 🤬.
