Hello, however it is not scientifically proven , still tomatoes help the skin maintaining pH along with other benefits. But It is more advisable to consult doctors for more details related to skin.

Hi, All those products that claim their products are all skin types, also try to achieve near the optimal pH level of skin. These products might contains such ingredients depending on different skin type that helps to achieve pH level. But it is highly advised to read description carefully on the product and then try product whether that product are really working or not. Many products might advertise such things just to sell their products. In short Read carefully before choosing product.

Generally face wash and soap par pH value related information nahi hota hai. agar ho to waisa product le jo 5.5 ke aas paas pH lane ka dawa karta ho . So face wash and soap hamesha apne skin ke according lena chahye. Different different skin type ke hisab se face wash and soap ate hai. jaise agar aapka skin dry hai to waisa face wash le jo dry skin k liye ho. Usi tarah oily honr par waisa face wash ya soap choose kare jo oily skin ke liye ho.

Agar apki skin dry ho rahi hai to skin main moisture ki kami ho rahi hai. Moisturiser ka use kare ya aese ingredients use kare jis se skin main moisture aye. Skin ka pH 14 nahi hoga.

Mam mere gow ka pani se mera skin kala ho jata hai isliye mai bisleri pani se face wash kar raha hu lekin mera face phir bhi kala ho gaya bisleri ke pani ka ph level 7 hai mam bisleri ke pani se mera skin kala kyu ho raha hai iska koi solution bataye please 😢😢
