The performance was Epica's first-ever major TV appearance and hasn't been available physically since 2007. It is available as a part of 'We Still Take You With Us' (out now), which bundles it together with their legendary (and never released) live performance 'Live at Paradiso,' as well as their first three albums: 'The Phantom Agony,' 'Consign To Oblivion' and 'The Score.'
Order it on an 11-disc vinyl box set, Earbook with 36-pages and 8 discs or 4-CD box clamshell. 'Live at Paradiso' and 'We Will Take You With Us' are available to download or stream, while 'Live at Paradiso' can be purchased as 2-CD+Blu-ray, too.

I hope Amanda will appear at the annivarsary show. This just remided me how great she and Simone sound together.

@@patrickshelley09 Amanda was ( maybe still is) part of the production team of Sascha Paeth at the Gate Studios. He was Epica's producer for the first 5 albums. In 2014 Epica changed to producer Joost van den Broek as they wanted to try a different approach. So with the ending of that era Amanda's involvement stopped also.
She's with Exit Eden as far as I know, but yeah, would be nice to have her as guest
The voice of Simone is nearly superhuman here, outerworldly, like an etherical flute at moments... very very special
Indeed! Incredibly beautiful voice, my number 1 female voice of all time.
This was not exactly a proper head voice, but who cares... this was so unique, warm and ethereal. No other singer sounds like Simone did back then. And she's also stunningly beautiful. 🙂
I lost count of how many times I've watched this whole DVD, you were all so young and yet such amazing musicians.

Wow!!! A lot of my life has passed before my eyes during this video hahaha We Will Take You With Us was my first Epica album ever! Here in my city (small town in Brazil) was so hard to get one copy that I had to buy one from a local shop, and wait for it almost a full month because the seller told me he would have to buy it from another store in a big city hahaha Totally worth it!
I truly hope "We Will Take You With Us" will be released on streaming platforms etc. an amazing performance!

What makes Epica so good is their unique musical diversity. The contrast between metal heavy as lead and hard as titanium, and the fragile, beautiful ballads, is huge!
This version of Run for a Fall and the accoustic version of Feint where among my most played tracks in 2004-2005. So happy to see them released again.

When you're good, you're good. You don't need much. I second the wish for Amanda to be at the anniversary. She is very important for Epica's history and a shamefully underrated singer with a beautiful, full and well educated voice.
