Imo carbon too harsh on higher revvs, even with the db killer in. Titan raw with the db-killer out but kind of too much in the long run. Titan with db killer in. Smooth, though a little more grunt would not hurt. Nice video GsxFox!
Agreed, I have the carbon on my FZ for over 30k miles. It seems to have this weird "flapping" sound at high revs and when you come down off the revs. The Titanium retains the stockish-smooth sound with better volume
I think the carbon sounds like a kids bike when they just wants to straight pipe everything, loud and obnoxious. Like something isn’t quite right. Performance wise, carbon is better also. It’s lighter and a touch more power gain. But the look and sound of the titanium, much better imo. More “grown up” sounding. Sophisticated yet wild. I would choose a better sound over 1 hp.
is the carbon earbustingly loud? I'm looking for an exhaust for my mt07 and I've had a bad experience with leo vince from my last bike (ninja 400) because it was just so loud I had to keep earbuds with me or some tylenol for the headache.

Wow... have over 30k on my FZ with Akra Carbon. This whole time I assumed the Titanium and Carbon were identical. They are actually very different!

Sameer Verma akra Carbon is louder without the DB-killer. You can check out akrapovic’s website regarding the exhaust though.

You should be wearing earbuds while riding anyway, else wind noise is gonna fuck up your hearing long term...
