How do you press the stencil into the paper so that it precuts the design?

My glitter paper shifts off the mat ...what I'm I doing wrong

Hi! When I have issues with my paper or dies shifting, I tape it down with a little washi tape or low stick tape. Helps a lot!

Can I use any type of liquid glue?

Any liquid glue for paper crafting should work! I prefer the Nuvo Deluxe but Tombo Mono is a great glue, as well as Gina K glue, and there are many others!
