its almost like there is no one-size-fits-all approach to military strategy. If we followed what a lot of armchair generals were saying ukraine was supposed to do in the counteroffensive, they would be massing all their troops for a single push against a fortified target like russia was doing, which, i'm sure SOME people thought the 1:10 casualty ratio worked out real well to get one town at the cost of something like 30k lives.

For the interested... the three components of nitrocellulose are wood pulp and/or cotton lint, nitric acid (HNO3), and sulfuric acid (H2SO4). These are not rare components.
