@@love_youonly_you8603 The building right above the fountain, it's in the city where you fight the first gym. I'm pretty sure you have to beat either gym 2 or gym 3 to unlock mega evolution (pretty sure it's gym 3). I haven't played in 6 months though so I could be wrong.
I forgot to mention the NPC that changes Pokeball of a caught Pokemon like in other Romhacks, which I suggest the creator to add as well in the next update

U will see blue in the 2nd room
