►About the Game -
The main character is the mother of Andrey Shabanov, who came to take him home for the weekend from the boarding school. At the beginning of the game, you appear in the hall of the school, where everything looks like usual, but for some reason no one met you. As usual...
GAME FEATURES: the game almost does not use traditional techniques to scare the player. Each person has his own idea of the scary; the Horror component in this game is built on this principle. The well-set sound effects, strange and frightening situations surrounded by oppressive atmosphere, in the absence of a specific visual threat, affect your consciousness which will draw in your imagination exactly those images that scare YOU PERSONALLY!
Gameplay: The game consists of one medium-sized boarding school. In order to move through the location, you need to look for keys, as well as items that would eliminate obstacles that arise as you progress and prevent you from going further. The storytelling in the game is carried out mainly by notes.

It felt more like a demo than a full game.
Yeah, this should have been a proof of concept demo to gain support in making it a full game. 💔

I'm not sure who to feel more sorry for.
The kid for having to go to that school, or the mother for having to pay to send him.
I know other gamers were uploaded their own "let's play" but I try so hard to wait patiently for yours

You'd think the mother would've called the cops the moment she stepped into that bloodied hallway of hell. Because honestly, that would at least give a resolution to this game compared to what we actually got.
It has lots of potential, My biggest question is how a grown-ass woman couldn't move an empty bookshelf but a tiny little kid could knock them over? XD

It’s funny how NPCs in horror games leave personal letters everywhere.
Funny enough, I write lots of notes. I am big on journaling and am forgetful.
It’s such a stupid and played out way to develop the story
Not at all. But it was funny in this game as all the rooms were close to one another. Usually the NPCs writing the notes are role played as writing to each other or writing as an alert to the protagonist as he or she makes his/her way through the game in the same direction as the protagonist is heading.
I love the ending music. But awww, please don't leave us hanging. It's like the game approaches climax but it was cut short before the reaching the peak.

When the game starts to look interesting, it ends. Why so many arms? What happened? SO many questions that never will be answered.

Hey man long time follower.... Just wanted to THANK YOU for your consistency. I know it cant be easy to dig through all the trite to find entertaining horror games. Seriously. You. Kravin. John. And Gabs are ALWAYS my "Go To" for horror games

I know. The toilet won't flush because the game has clogged it up. But the toilet is as good a place as any for it.

This was an uninspired dull game. Never explaining what Makar is or why he is doing the things he does. They briefly hint at something sinister with him being found in a forest, and just never build off that. Then when it looks like you might finally confront him, or find the body of your son, it just ends. Just feels like the developers didn't really know how to execute what they thought up. Like they had a great idea on paper, and just no clue how to bring it to life.
I've never been so early on an upload, what a treat!

I know I’m not the first to say you this but you really should get into voice acting. Your voice is fabulous. You have an ability to bring life and excitement to games which would otherwise fall flat.

Personally, I think you should call this a Terrible Indie Horror game, sure you got a jump or two and was a little interested in the story, but the game pretty much screams lazy hack job to rip people off, I mean if this was some kid's first game project I'll still be critical cause they asked for money, but considering the credits say "Thanks to my beloved wife..." it means this guy is clearly should be old enough to know better not to make a game this lazily designed. Plus, seeing on steam the reviews are mostly positive by 14 people, I am gonna guess some fake reviews have been made to hopefully give the game some additional attention.

The goal was to find your son. You found him in the kitchen. So that was the end of the game. Lame ending, but kind of makes sense.

I actually liked the journal excerpts...I thought that they were well written and showed a real talent . Without them, the game would be pretty flat indeed. But yeah not the best but not the worst...

I wondered if the body in the kitchen was supposed to be your son, Andrey, since he was said to be stabbed with a knife? But I was expecting a little boy, not what looks like an adult man, so... -shrugs- Too bad the game didn't seem to have a real ending. Thank you for playing it, though!

I agree that it had potential, but this should have been the build up to showing what was talked about in the letters. They could've at least had a jump scare with Makar at the end.

Minor note since it was easy enough to force through, but pretty sure those colored numbers for the code were in relation to the map (first four rooms had colors to show you the order to input the code).
I've definitely seen worse horror games, but there certainly wasn't a ton of substance or anything inventive at all either. If it were free all would be forgiven (or at least understandable), but when you have to pay for such a short experience, I say that makes it drop significantly in ratings and definitely wouldn't pick it up myself.

I can’t be the only one getting pretty tired of strategically placed notes just lying around environments as if that’s some sort of normal. Developers really need more imagination for their exposition. I don’t expect Edith Finch level quality but come on! Give us something a little different.
I have been thinking the same thing for days now. It seems like every horror game I've seen him play lately has notes scattered everywhere. You think in a genre like horror, they'd try something a little more subtle or at least imaginative.
It kinda inspires me to randomly leave suggestive notes of terror in some abandoned building....I have an empty trailer behind my property...can start there! Lol

The layout of the school reminds me alot of another game you played based in a school. I cant remember the name though but its a familiar kind of 'story'

I personally think you were a mother of the girl with yellow ribbon so that would "explain" the cliffhanger end. In terms of playing it was preety bad game but I still wanted to follow the story which was.... good in my opinion. I mean, I wouldn't mind to rather READ such a story...

They need to fix it. They need to add those things described. I agtee. That ending was an abrupt dissapoinnment. Hopefully they will add to it & fix all that. Some unanswered questions. Like all kids died, then how did he ? He was big like a teenager or young adult college age. Omg those poor boys had to lose their lives. No one to feed them. Where is the chef ? Like more of what occured needs to be revealed. This keft my mind freaked up. You was right when you checked the toilets. It has potential if they just added to the story & time, etc. I hope they do. I hope they can.

It was a terrible horror game especially with that ending. You can't just end abruptly like that. What the hell was the developer thinking with this ending? The scares were not good either.

Yknow I found it charming despite having a disappointing endpoint.
There are waaay too many obstacles in the game to make up for the all the space.

I only got like due to your comments and the fact I like watching you play these games beyond that I agree with you....it was just getting good and absolute failure on the game developers part....
It built up to absolutely nothing....
I wouldn't have paid for this, seems more like a demo game.
