Pros:
1. Higher Survivability
2. Higher Rate to Penetrate Saitama Passive
3. Abuses Longer Range Higher Damage Concept
4. Adaptive Damage since output relies on Element as well
5. Utilizes Handbook DMG%, any Attack+ deposits
Cons:
1. Lower killing ability than SP SH since you also invest on Flee & Crit Res
2. Many factors to consider for efficient damage output compared to SP SH
3. Handbook Dependent
4. Too many reductions

Sir can you give me tips to reach the 36k atk to 40k atk, i have 25k only atk but i have 101%dmg on handbook and 3.6k raw atk handbook,how can i reach the 36-40k raw atk without high flee build?
