Dude didn't have the oilers ranked. Like how? The preds have played 3 more games but have 2 less points. Unless this is solely based on this week this list borked to all hell.
@@CheapSeatsSports Power Rankings are always very subjective, but I wouldn't call it delusional to put them higher. I mean in terms of win streak they are the hottest team in the league right now and according to most people they absolutely won the trade deadline. What's especially huge for them is their newly acquired players allow some of their stars like Makar and Nichushkin to spend less time on the PK. I'm usually an overly pessimistic homer, but I have to say, at the moment I feel extremely optimistic for my Als
Man I can't believe you have the Canucks in top 5 still. We only lost 4-3 to the Avs...but that third period was nightmare fuel and they were piss poor against Washington. But hey I'll take it. 😁
Rangers have really been playing great hockey , all lines buzzing , Mika is even starting to wake up , rosilvic and wennberrg have been great additions and Igor is shaping to his vezina form , and even quick has been so impressive That being said I do think Carolina might catch the rangers , becuase the next 5 games for us is a gauntlet, and Carolina’s schedule is much softer , If they do, wouldn’t mind seeing Philly in the first round instead of Tampa , let them gas themselves out with Tampa 😂… if not and we keep the 1 seed in the met , will take home ice and battle it out
Quick has been one of the biggest surprises of the season to me. It'll be interesting to see if he gets much time in the playoffs but it's always good to have a reliable backup. Take care of Wenny for us here in Seattle.
? What a weird take. It is pretty obvious you didn't watch considering I said I'll be cheering for the Avs in the playoffs (as I did before Seattle got a team). I still like the Avs, I'm just not a homer for them. Plus the Kraken beat them so I have no reason to be "butthurt" towards them

I put weight into the season as a whole too so it isn't just based on the last week or two. Avs fans also don't seem to get that tho
How did edmonton have a mediocre week? They got 2 multi goal wins and nearly beat the avalanche (who is also a team who should be higher)
They only played 2 games. Wednesday win over DC and Saturday loss to Colorado. The win over the Pens happened in the previous week.
