@@TurtleNarrations it's not just that they're serious, it's that it's basically praying on people's insecurities in order to manipulate them into sleeping with you.....and it often works :/

Stupidest pickup line I ever heard.
I was walking across campus to get to one of my classes back in college...
Him: Hey, Can you help me? I'm looking for directions.
Me: Directions to where?
Him: I'm looking to find my way to your heart.
--I really wish I would have been clever enough back then to come up with a good comeback to that, but I didn't. I just kinda stared at him until he got uncomfortable and walked away. 🤦♀
Absolutely worse pickup attempt EVER!
So one day I was on my way to work and this guy tried to hit on me on the highway. Yea, while we were driving. I thought he was just being silly at first, so I blew it off. Eventually, I got it that he was dead serious. I flashed a fake wedding ring I used to wear so I wouldn't get hit on while working. Usually works like a charm, but instead this guy flashes me his wedding ring too. So, yeah, there it was. I'm still speechless about that one to this day.

Wedding ring - the fact that dude thought it was a selling point worries me immensely. Hope his poor spouse finds out.
