      musescore.com/user/1457771/scores/1722446
There's the sheet on musescore.com along with midi download if you learn better through synthesia. Two treble clefs are played by the right pianist, while the 2 bass clefs are played by the left pianist :p

no, the way I understand it, this is a rather old waltz written by tchaikovsky that is rather famous for being in the disney movie "sleeping beauty". it's also gained a fair amount of fame as being played in an anime called "shigatsu wa kimi no uso". Haven't done an incredible amount of research there, but that's about the just of it I've gotten XD.

It's been 8 months but better late than never, right? XD So, you are right saying it was written by Tchaikovsky, who composed the music for the ballet called "The Sleeping Beauty" (in its Russian translation, but I don't speak Russian sorry XD), which was then taken by Disney for the film. Both works are based on the French fairy tale "La Belle Au Bois Dormant" and its retelling by the Brothers Grimm.
This particular arrangement for piano has been however composed by Rachmaninoff, not Tchaikovsky. This version is a four hands version that the OP performs really well, if I can say so.
And yes, it was also played in "shigatsu wa kimi no uso" XD

Forscore. It's a paid app, but I find it very useful!

Raiza Urabang If you have an android and know what your doing you could most likely download it for free via apk or depending on wether the app uses micro transactions, root your android device and "buy" the songs for free via another third party app called Lucky Patcher. Sounds complicated but it's really not.

You can import songs from whatever sources you have. For me, I scan my music and then put it into a Google Drive and then import it into ForScore.

How long did it take for you to learn this?

Steph Hall At that time I played it off and on for a month or so and then one week I decided to record it for a video. When I decided to really nail down the music it took me about two days, but that's with previous experience beforehand.
