Do you know if they make one for a Yaesu 818nd?

I am not aware of any bags specifically for that model radio, however you could do what I did and grab a backpack off amazon that comes close to what you need, or, I have seen a lot of folks grab those Apache cases from Harbor Freight and customize the foam inside to hold a radio and other various equipment. There are a ton of options out there but would require a bit of creativity to repurpose an item to suit your needs. Thanks for the question and for watching. 73!

Lowe Pro Bags that are way specialized for DSLR's are way cheaper. Time for a slightly larger knock off?

That was my thought and why I went with an aftermarket solution for 1/3 the cost. Thanks for the comment and for watching. 73!

It's a nice bag for the 705 and accessories. Is the bag waterproof? That would be a big plus.
The price is pretty high. You can get a much larger bag for less that can accommodate the 705, accessories and bunch of other stuff.
    Nice review! Thanks!

Thanks for the comment! I do not know if the bag is waterproof or not. I would guess, not. I am sure it is water resistant to a point as most bags, but I wouldn't cross a deep river with it on my back and hope that it protects my gear. My solution was to buy a much larger bag with similar features for about 1/3 of the cost. Thanks for watching. 73!

I’ve got this bag, and it’s brilliant for working portable. Love your video, really well put together. You’ve also shown me a couple of extra features of the bag I didn’t know about! Thanks for the vid! 73 de M7LGC

If it is something you will actually use and can find a deal on it, I think it is a great little bag. Thanks for the comment and for watching. 73!

If it were compatible with other ICOM's, not just one specific ICOM, then maybe it might be price worthy.

I still think that it is a bit pricey for what it is. There is no more than $20 in materials in that bag and even with labor and markup it could sell easily for $90 instead of $175. Thanks for the comment and for watching. 73!

Nah! For $200 after tax and delivery, I'd suggest going with the Vanguard VEO Range T45.

The bag is a great idea, but NOT worth $200! and it only fits the radio. You can;lt have a cage on it or anything else or it doe not fit. Thanks for the comment and for watching. 73!!

It's too much of a one-trick pony (albeit a neat trick) for my $$. It's nearly half the cost of the AH-705 antenna matching unit, which I'd rather have. I probably can get to > 90% of the LC-192 by rearranging the partitions in my Atlas Athlete camera backpack, which still leaves room for camera, lenses, and gear for a multi-day camping trip. 73 de KN6NPZ

I agree 110%!!! Overpriced for what it offers and there are plenty of better choices that give more room for gear you would actually bring out into the field with you. Thanks for the comment and for watching. 73!
