I've been using the Core 4 - Stem Factor, Rescue, Renew & AC-11 (face, neck & decollete - 1 pump covers all) for just over a year and purchased the Epic Skin Tool about two months ago. These products have improved my skin beyond what I could have imagined. I will also be trying Regenerate & Recovery as recommended by Dr. Ben. I'm thrilled with my results and look forward to the benefits of adding the two new supplements to my daily regimen. Thank you Leah & Dr. Ben! I'm looking forward to viewing future videos with you both!

Hi Sheri! I love your channel 🧡 thanks to u I learned so much about skin care and know about these amazing products like TTS , Osmosis, ….and also know about Leah’s channel which is amazing too and very informative .
Always be thankful to you and specially to one of ur videos about Hyperpigmentation, before I watched it , I bought the famous Omnilux face mask thinking to treat the lost firmness in my face but I didn't know that it could worsen my skin discoloration, I used it for three weeks and the dark patches in my face became darker and when I saw the information in your video I understood that it is not really recommended for people who suffer from hyperpigmentation and now I started to treat or reverse it with IS Clinical brightening line and also just bought the Calecim pigment solution ( is supposed not to give u photo sensitivity) and their Restorative hydration cream (this last one to hydrate and restore firmennes to the skin) .
Hope this helps someone who is thinking of buying led mask and is as unaware as I was that it can make their hyperpigmentation worse.

Great answer to the hormonal acne question-it’s so rare to see a dermatologist talk about the internal issues associated

It is true. Calm totally changed my skin. I have been using retinol for a long time with a lot of struggles. My skin was so sensitive, red and was always burning. I started using calm and a total game changer. Now after a few months, I am moving to the next level , correct. My skin has accepted it happily and I am not worried about redness, burning or any irritation. I was able to use calm daily at night after a while. I am hooked to the Osmosis line forever. Thanks Dr. Johnson and thanks Lea for always sharing such valuable information.

    What is Boost for?
    Renew and Recovery?
Which is for the fat pads and can it be taken with medication?

This question is for a man that is 43.
He has fat or water retention on his upper lids. He went to a doctor who wants to remove them through surgery. Do you have a product that can remove that puffiness.
Maybe it could be as simple as lymphatic drainage?
I would try anything before cosmetic surgery!!!

As I'm watching this, I am feeling a bump on my jaw and he says stay away from pea protein and points to his jaw. I can't! I had frozen vegan sausage yesterday for the first time in months and looked at the ingredients - pea protein.

The recovery was wonderful for me, my eyes were sunken and it was very subtle how it filled up but enough to make me look fresh. It also caused my girls pecky wink wink. I stopped taking it and after 3 months my eyes are back sunken but the girls remain pecky so I have to get back on it but phew chile the stuff is expensive.

I have a question about Catalyst. How do you put it on your eyelids when it is so dark? It's like an instant tan so I am scared to use it for that reason. He said to use it with other serums so Rescue? Or just cocktail it?

I had the same issue. I put a small pump in my hand and add a few spritz of osmosis boost spray, mix it in my hand and then apply. No issues since :)

@@josiecarlson2328 I now only take once a day. I know it states 7 or 8 bottles are needed to see facial plumping but I couldn’t justify the cost with zero improvement after 5 bottles, taking twice daily. It has helped digestion though.
