I am such a 90s baby because I LOVE this marquise shape! I can see why it was so popular! I also love oval and emerald, they seem so much more elegant to me than the short shapes
I’ve had a stunning 4.03 ct marquise for 4.5 years. I don’t care that it’s not a shape for everyone, to me it’s timeless vintage. As trends come and go, I still find myself drooling over my gorgeous ring. My husband did fantastic
Beautiful I love my 3ct. Marquise have had mines for 23 years and my wedding ring my husband passed aways some years ago so I will forever never change it .
I believe Marquise diamonds are timeless. Everytime I see a marquise wedding ring it takes my breath away. Bonnie when I’m ready to be engaged you have to do my ring. I just love your work 🥰✨💕
I have always loved the marquise diamond. Its rare & unique unlike the other shapes. Also I've observed the marquise diamond shape looks much bigger than other diamond shapes of the same carat weight. Years ago before I got married, my engagement ring was a marquise diamond ring because I have a unique taste.
I loooveeee the marquise shape! My engagement ring was a beautiful little marquise shaped ruby with a diamond halo, such a pretty feminine shape. He's getting me an upgrade next year, it will definitely be a marquise or oval shape :)
Marquise and oval shapes are both exquisite choices for an engagement ring. An upgrade to a marquise or oval diamond sounds like a fantastic idea. If you ever need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out. -Team By Bonnie 💍💖✨
Those rings are beautiful specially when you have a man who really cares and loves you and with his actions he is telling you how valuable and important you are in his life ❤good luck with all the couples who are soon to be engaged
My mom and her twin both got engaged with Marquise rings so me and my sis have always wanted one too. For us it's never gone out of style and never will
I love my marquise diamond surrounded by a halo with four princess cut diamonds each side Chanel set. I had it remade and whilst I don’t like the quality of the workmanship I love the ring. My centre stone is 1.2 CT’s. nice size. I love your ring.
@@ByBonnieJewelryI’m sure you have quite the list!! Your rings are second to none, & I’ve owned many over my 46yrs!! lol!! (None as large as some of these, but I still have time!! lol!!)
Hi Bonnie! Love your videos. Since you were discussing about trends, how do you feel about Toi et Moi engagement ring? I’m really interested in that style but I don’t know how will it stand time and change of trends. I would love to hear your insight. More power to you!
I have always viewed a marquise cut diamond as glamorous and romantic. My dad didn’t have a ring when he proposed to my mom, so when they went to look at rings, they both saw this set-a solitaire marquise diamond with a wedding band for the bride, and a matching wedding band for the groom-all set in yellow gold. My mom thought it was beautiful but didn’t point it out to my dad. My dad happened to see it, too, and ended up surprising my mom with that set. So a marquise cut diamond has this added romantic element for me. Well, I recently got engaged, and my fiancé knew my love of the marquise and proposed to me with a stunning marquise cut ring set on a woven yellow gold band. Side note: my fiancé loves boats and loves to fish and the marquise diamond is also known as “'navette,” which means “little boat” in French.
Emerald cut, bezel set, gold half round band, white bezel in a 3 carat or higher. So hard to even see gold band rings in person, let alone a bezel that isn’t just a chunk of metal.
I just received a Marquise solitaire engagement ring and I am looking at getting it re-mounted on a vintage inspired setting. I am struggling to decide between white gold or rose. Opinions?
This has nothing to do with the video. My question to you is I picked out the diamond and set. But I’m second guessing the set. Is it okay for my Girlfriend to come with me and have her pick out her own set the diamond will sit on? I’m very indecisive knowing there are so much beautiful ideas. She is very grateful and isn’t picky. She knows what ever I pick she will love. I do want it to be surprise. What do I do ?
PLEASE design more CONTOUR BANDS!! I NEED a curved 2ctw wedding band to go w/ my PEAR shaped, split shank (w/ 2 rows of small round diamonds) ring!! I would like a mixture of round & 1-3 larger PEAR shaped lab grown diamonds to look like they are DRIPPING OFF the band. (Think of a henna hand art.) Love your work; & would love to purchase this ring from YOU!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💎🤞🏽💎🥰😍😘
I would never. IMO a marquise and heart shaped diamonds are the worst. A marquise reminds me of old ladies, rose perfume, dollies and plastic on a sofa. If I’m spending $10,000 or more I want a classic shape not something that will look dated. Round all the way for me. it may be “boring” but it will never go out of style.

Love love love marquise. It was very popular in the early 90’s when many of my friends were getting married. Doesn’t get old. I still love them.❤
And BTW…marquise looks really good on you!
Beautiful I love my 3ct. Marquise have had mines for 23 years and my wedding ring my husband passed aways some years ago so I will forever never change it .
It's a beautiful symbol of enduring love and commitment. Keeping it as a tribute to your husband's memory is a wonderful way to honor him. 💍❤️🌟

I'm obsessed with the v band pairing! I love the dainty unique look of it together, just simply beautiful and timeless!

I only recently became aware of this shape but I am obsessed!!

Love how vintage it looks 😍 Bonnie are you able to show some very low setting smaller carat rings in round diamonds??
I'll add to the list dear 😊
@@ByBonnieJewelryI’m sure you have quite the list!! Your rings are second to none, & I’ve owned many over my 46yrs!! lol!! (None as large as some of these, but I still have time!! lol!!)
Question: Why is your ring not incorporating v-tip prongs for the sharpened edges of the center stone?
Yes- size matters A LOT
Agreed 😉
I just got engaged and my fiancé got me a gorgeous marquise with a gold band! I’m obsessed. It’s so timeless and classic!
It's so elegant too! CONGRATULATIONS!! 😍💍

Very interesting! Never though of that shape ❤
Love it!!! What's the minimum clearance you need under the stone this size to have a 2mm band sit flush??
Stunning ❤
Thank you! 😊
I love this ring!! Want a marquis next.
Love Marquise shape. Please show more.
Can’t argue with a three carat stone! The bigger marquise looks amazing!
Can you show marquise solitaire with your emerald eternity band? Will it be a flushed look?
Bonnie! I ADORE this ring!!! Yet, let's talk about your skincare routine, OMGOSH!!❤🤩🤩🤩
Yay! More to come soon, make sure you follow me on my personal Instagram account ❤️😍 Thank you so much for the amazing support.

I love marquise! Thanks for the video! The old world vintage vibe that it gives off is absolutely eternal! ❤🎉
I am hear/here visualizing. I have the most perfect man for me in my life. I am grateful to the Most High. 🙏☀️🌟

Do whatever compliments skin tone , if you can’t tell wear each color and take pictures of your hand in natural lighting
Hello Bonnie. I love this ring, could you help me recreate it?
Hi love 🥰 Absolutely! If you could please send me a DM on insta we can talk a little more about what you're looking for
Popular in the 1960’s. Everyone had these for engagement rings
I am loving marquis these days! Have y’all done a round center with marquis on the sides ??
Not yet, but we got you 😉🫶
🍐s my favorite.
Love it too! 😍
How much is that ring. My anniversary is coming up.
What is platinum bronze? Is it rose gold?
hey bonnie. i have been watching your video for a while. the volume of your recent video are a bit down . please check your recording device.
How about an eternity ring with marquis stones
We got you 🫶😉
I just bought a 3.53 marquise ratio is 1.81
Yes I still love my nineties marquise

The large stone is still on a peg basket. Thats nor structurally sound, as you are well aware.
I’m not into trends. I love a classic round, hearts&arrows.
❤❤❤❤
Do NOT pick out your engagement ring based on TRENDS. The reasons should be obvious
❤
😍
That shape had been around since ythe 1970s,friend of my sister had one😊
It's stunning 😍
Marquis isn't my style because I know the corners are really susceptible to breakage. Yes diamonds CAN chip!

I really don’t like Marquise because it is just too pointy. But I do like pear.
Pear is gorgeous too! Make sure you check out my other Pear shape videos! ❤
