- Here it is guys, the video I have been waiting to publish for so long!!!! My character from my story Life In The Opposite Gender's Shoes, Jason Reynolds. And it is in this video that through the combined efforts of Sims 4 and Pandasama's Realistic Birth Mod that Jason is giving birth to his and his wife Deanna's fraternal twins Cora and Cole.
I am 100% a full blown supporter of Mpreg and if you don't like it I am sorry but this is who I am and I am tired of hiding it. So without further ado, here is Jason giving birth to Cora and Cole.
