Arne Slot's first game at Anfield + Stadium tour! Liverpool vs Brentford

- We visited Anfield stadium and booked a tour. It was a nice sunny day so we got lucky when being able to see the pitch without many others there. At that point we didn't think we would be going to the game but were still happy to spend the day around the area as we knew it would be fun.
At the last minute we managed to get tickets and were thrilled! We were pretty nervous walking in but once we were there had no issues downing a few drinks haha
This was Arne Slot's first game at Anfield so we were excited to be there. We loved all the chanting and cheering throughout the game that you can probably hear us yelling!
Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we're really lucky to have been able to go to a game. 2-0 win and we never doubted they could do it. Cherry on top was staying in Liverpool so close to the stadium - home in less than 5 minutes.

@@thetravellersmateI've been on the tour twice the last time was on my birthday back in February. I got to lead the tour group down the tunnel onto the pitch. We're trying to get signed up for the sensory room because I've never watched a Liverpool match as a autistic supporter
That's awesome! The tunnel leading to the pitch is just a great experience to even walk on.
I hope you get to see a Liverpool game! When we went to Wrexham stadium we noticed that they had a sensory seating area and thought it was an absolutely brilliant idea, and was happy to see it filled up. I hope you can get to experience the same at Anfield sooner rather than later :)
@@thetravellersmate all they need now is proof of all my disabilities with a picture of me then my mum will send it off by email. when everything is sorted out theres a waiting list for tickets to the sensory room.

the good news is liverpool are the real deal this year , and the longer arne is here we will just get better and better.

Unfortunately, I wasn't there in Melbourne when they came but I remember watching it on TV! I can only imagine how loud it was.
Definitely looking forward to Arne's reign, however, I haven't gotten over Klopp leaving. A few more wins I'm sure will help the pain :) But so far very impressed! I know its Man Utd, but glad to see them crumble at Old Trafford once again. A sight I'll never get tired of.
That's bloody awesome! Rush would of been such a good signature to get. He was a bit before my time but I wish I got to see him play. Jealous!

Luckily we got it as a gift from Mum a few christmas' ago. I believe LFC members got the opportunity to purchase a brick that lays around the stadium (not sure for how long). We have started to notice that a lot of the big clubs have the bricks of their fans outside, which definitely adds a community feel to it.
Definitely Liverpool! Wrexham had a great atmosphere and it felt very local, but Anfield was monumental in it's noise and have never been to anything like it.
