I appreciate that you give really straight-forward guides that anyone could follow along with. You're very talented but also you edit your show in a way that I could watch this outside of my painting times. It's genuinely very entertaining while also calming as the best painting shows are!
Hey thanks a ton! I'm quite excited about the next one, I did a bang up job on a Ragnarok model using oil paints, and I want to break down some barriers that a lot of us have towards them! More fun stuff on the way! :)
Hey Mark great job as usual. I painted these myself last week but stuck to the box art and painted both wolves in tones of whites, tans and browns. I like your interpretation of them better and wish I waited to see how you did them lol. 👍.
Hey, thanks so much! Thanks for watching, I’m doing Eikthryrnir next! Painting starts today, but it takes a couple weeks to actually assemble a video. Very excited about this one!
@@marksminis Thats great, ill wait to do that one until i see yours. I just finished Son of Muspell. I primed it in yellow. Then used various red and orange speed paints over where I wanted the lava to look different. Then gave the entire horse and rider a drybrush of black giving the appearance of the lava being underneath the black. Then painted the horses mane, riders hair and flames of the sword white and used yellow, red and orange speed paint to give them flame effects.
For my minis, I would use a much darker red mouth with pink tongue.
@@ikestoddard2458 Thanks! I will try that on the next model. I was in a super hurry, didn’t think much before grabbing paints! 😅
