- Kendal Klein is a certified badass drifter. She drives her 240sx super aggressive on dangerous tracks like AVS (Grange) and runs an all girls drift event called Sparkle Motion. She can weld, work on cars, ride bmx, and she’s super funny. Kendal tows her s13 and drives events all over California also. @@Goodestcast I think it was in the spring or early summer. They had to get a new lawyer. Late August 24 I believe they submitted the permit, which they ran into some issues with regarding missing details, revolving around the permitting. as of October 4 the permit for PARC has been resubmitted, and it’s been sitting in pending for over a month. There’s also a pending public notice, which in the permitting process is a really good sign meaning the county government is waiting to hold a public meeting regarding the permit. I heard from a reliable source that the approvals are in place. So the fact that the permit is submitted and moving forward in the process (aka pending county government processing) means that there is light at the end of the tunnel!!! I don’t want to get anybody’s hopes up too soon, because bureaucracy is often coupled with impatience. And we all know how slow our government moves 🐌
