- This weekend we visited The Van Gaalen Trails which offers trail running, hiking, Mountain biking and birding
Currently the day permits for hiking and trail running is R50 per person. Mountain biking is R60 and children under 12 are free
The entrance bands can be bought at the reception area as you walk in. We where greated by a very friendly gentlemen that assisted us
The trails are clearly marked and the routes are very scenic offering some interesting spots along the way.
