The trick for better mileage is consistent throttle for linea petrol. It gives the best mileage around 80-90 in top gear..i received 13.1 kmpl for ghat and village roads (Bangalore Mookambika) and 16.9 kmpl( Bangalore - kochi ) for highway rides on average. City mileage is very less, at times less than 10, i guess the fuel consumption on low gears is more than what I expected. I have seen upto 22-24 kmpl on instantaneous consumption while giving constant throttle. Parts are expensive and insurance comes around 6.5k for 2011 model.
For low ground clearance for rogerab in suspension will cost around 5.5k, should increase GC by 1-2 cm which can make a dramatic difference during potholes and while crossing humps. Also many parts including clutch is interchangeable with tata parts to keep the repair cost less(lesser known secret). I fixed the dashboard cluster lcd by replacing it with a new panel altogether by ordering from 99rpm, costs around 6-7k. Also try to disconnect blue and me if not needed since it is known to deplete battery quickly. So far top speed achieved is 165kmph but very stable even at that speed and could have gone faster but i had aged tyres. As he mentioned very comfortable for long drives not much in city though. Something else i should applause is the air conditioning system, it is much much better than many other cars in segment.
If purchasing a used one definitely check for bent alloys, rust underneath and radiator, electricals. The bootspace is more than enough to keep two deadbodies if you are a Hitman ;)

@@nithinmathews1054 depends on the part..99rpm was the only website who could deliver the cluster lcd assembly at a reasonable cost. Service centers, local shops and not even boodmo could do it.
@@sankargopinath1991 I would then consider you to be a lucky person. I have a punto 2011 and linea 2013. I have ordered multiple parts from 99rpm for both cars. Oru single item polum enk kitiyila...every single time it goes into backorder. Boodmo on the other hand has helped me on multiple occasions
