    Does the same apply for government tenants? I invited a guest, applied the compliance admin role, and assigned office E3 with DLP but the guest was unable to configure our Exchange DLP because it didn't allow access. Just trying to gain more understanding..thanks for video on this confusing topic.

    Is there a way to find a log of all external users and see which member/admin invited which external user?

      You can check inactive and enabled guests using access reviews related to teams groups and applications.
