My turret rotates 360 degrees because its been upgraded with a slip ring and a turret gear that allows full 360 rotation. You can find the upgrade kit on AliExpress and instructions on how to upgrade on TH-cam.
Does the red motors offer more torque and power for all.the tanks, or just this one? I'm thinking of buying a Henglong modify Tiger 1. With metal tracks, wheels, sprocket, and steel gearbox. Would I have to change the motors on that gearbox?
The red motors gets way too hot on my leopard V7.0. with 3:1 Heng Long steel gears. This is a well known problem. 25,000 rpm is too much for 3.1 gearboxes. The motors do not reach this speed, they are braked and thus become very warm.
@@goodstuff6255 Could be. I used Taigen 25000.rpm motors, not the red ones as I mistakenly said, and they get much too hot too. I know will buy the Heng Long blue motors with 22000 rpm. I asked someone who also uses these motors and he told me they do not get too hot, whereas thee red ones which used before got way too hot. I hope he is right, will find out.

No I don't but the stock speakers are powerful enough. At max volume the sound quality is very good.

The red motors will not fit the Tiger 1, you need the blue motors if you want more torque for the Tiger 1.
@@goodstuff6255 i have red motors in my tiger 1, heat is the issue with the red motors. i also use 2 60a esc to power the stock is not used

Could be fake red motors, I bought a few thinking they are legit but they run really hot if I use anything higher than 7.2v Ni-MH battery.

Was the turret rotation speed updated as well? It seems to turn a lot faster than stock
