Definitely the best way anywhere is by scooter. We just landed in Penang 2 day's ago and our accommodation came with a scooter 🛵. One month of exploring here then off to langkawi for 1 more month.

I'm not sure how popular it is there but in the Philippines they do a fried banana. They 1st remove the peel from the banana, roll it in brown sugar then deep fry it. It is so so amazing n a really popular street food there so I'm curious if they make them there in Malaysia.

I bought that fried Filipino Banana at a halal Filipino restaurant in Malaysia. I like it! Its sedap (sarap)! By the way, we in Malaysia do embrace and cherish our style of banana recipe like the one mentioned above. But for me, my favourite banana recipe is "PENGAT PISANG", it's delicious and good to eat during tea time! In Malaysia ,we have many recipes of Banana fritters, fried with flour n spread with cheese n alot more 😋😋👍
They do that in Singapore too. Initially done by the Malays since more than 100 years ago. But now the Chinese also follow with their version. 🙄
