  • What does it take to lead like Jesus? What separates a good leader from a truly great one?
I will cover the five levels of leadership, each with its unique impact and spiritual significance. From the foundational Position level, where people follow because of a title, to the Pinnacle level, where followers are drawn by a leader’s Christlike character and godly reputation, we dive into what it truly means to lead in a way that honors God.

🔥 You can be a great leader but every time you meet someone new it starts back at level one.

When you work for a company with level 1 leadership + evil intentions, then you know that your reputation could be stellar, but they will never level you up. Know your environment and know when to move onto somewhere else. Both bad and good people get into leadership… use your discernment as best you can. Don’t stay living in the grey.
